The project brings more joy and safety to the world of freeride and ski-touring using unique technology and neural network.

SkiFi is a credit card-sized device that the user installs on their skis. Includes a magnetometer, gyroscope and accelerometer. Using the data from these sensors, it helps the user to improve their skiing technique when skiing in open terrain, which is further divided into Uphill and Downhill skicoaching. The SkiFi also functions as an electronic lock to protect the ski from theft. Last but not least, the SkiFi serves as a locator if the user’s skis come loose in a fall and end up under the snow. The app makes it easy to find.
