The application process for creative startups was officially launched on 15 November, and interested parties can apply until to 10. January 2024on the Agency’s website or at www.creativebusinesscup.cz. Ten finalists will be selected from all applications by an expert jury to compete for a place in the national finals and also for the title of Audience Favorite in March next year. It is awarded annually by the audience of the competition.
The Creative Business Cup is open to all startups in the creative industry, which includes design, fashion, architecture, digital games, software, gastronomy, film, books, print or television, radio or music. Human talent, creativity and innovation are essential factors in the evaluation.
This year’s competition was dominated by the startup Nebesys, which managed to win the first place in the Czech final with its unique roof system and was the first Czech startup to win among the world’s elite.
