The service is both for the end-user itself and is also designed as a digital buffer to the multitude of customers entering veterinary care for the clinics themselves. Using AI, we are saving time in answering questions in the counseling room while preparing the service to scale to other languages. uVeterinary also provides discounts and benefits for breeders, reminders on vaccinations, deworming, prevention, and an overview of vets and dog hotels.
