The anticipated international startup event Czech Startup Week, initiated by the CzechInvest agency, will take place during the week of 20-26 October 2025. Czech Startup Week will connect hundreds of Czech and international startup founders, investors, corporate representatives, universities and young people interested in entrepreneurship during seven days in Prague.
The platform unites the most important events of the Czech startup scene into one whole and presents the best that is currently driving the world of innovation. Visitors can look forward to lectures, panel discussions, workshops, pitch performances, networking and other formats that promote the exchange of experiences and the creation of new collaborations.
The aim of Czech Startup Week is to present the Czech Republic to foreign audiences as a centre of technological excellence and as an attractive destination for new investments and strategic partnerships. All activities are therefore held in Prague and in English. Participants then purchase tickets for the selected programme individually according to the instructions of the organisers.

The largest domestic festival of the space industry will take place together with Czech Startup Week this year Czech Space Week. Space research and industry are also sectors with high added value, great prestige and economic potential, where a lot of attention will be paid to space startups under the banner of the CzechInvest agency and the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic.

Technology Incubation #demoday October 22, 2025, Planetarium Prague (Stromovka Royal Enclosure), 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Overview of the successes and pitch contest of the top inspiring startups from the 1st to 5th challenge of the Technology Incubation, the largest Czech project to support young companies from the CzechInvest agency, which currently connects over two hundred of the most progressive technology products and services.
The selected finalists will not only receive feedback from an expert jury of major players in the domestic and international startup community, but also other valuable media and mentoring prizes that will help them grow further. More details about the event can be found here.
Tech Happy Hours 22 October 2025, Planetarium Prague (Stromovka Royal Enclosure), 1-9 pm.
Among the most prominent guests who will visit Prague are Vojtěch Horna from the world’s most successful venture capital fund Index Ventures, Arthur Jordão from the European Startup Nations Alliance, CTO and co-founder of the startup Atomiver Veronika Šedajová, business director of Slovak RV Magnetics Vladimir Marhefka, investor from Presto Tech Horizons Oleksandr Bulatnikov, CEO of the startup Goldilock Tony Hasek or Vítek Horký from Czech Founders.
The panel, organized by the Space Hub Technology Incubation and also part of the Czech Space Week event , will feature space architect Tomáš Rousek from London-based XTend Design and space activities popularizer Jan Spratek from ESERO.
Markéta Přenosilová, European expert on startups from the CzechInvest agency, Arthur Jordão, Executive Director of the Europe Startup Nations Alliance (ESNA), Barbora Werdmölder, Director of Czech Founders, Vít Horky, entrepreneur and investor from Czech Founders, Vojtěch Horna, Vice President for Communications of the international fund Index Ventures, and Jaroslav Ton, CEO of Malcolm Finance, will discuss the opportunities to simplify legal procedures, reduce administrative complexity and improve access to European markets. The main programme will also include examples of good practice from the startup world from the Taiwanese delegation from Taiwania Capital, ASUS, UMC Capital, Might Electronics, GlintMED Accelerator and BE Capital.

A gala networking event dedicated to innovation in the space industry and startups incubated in the ESA BIC Czech Republic business incubator .
