Innovative material for use in various industries (automotive, construction, etc.)
Elisot was founded to monetize a completely new process for the production of natural rubber by the cold process for 3D printing. The result is a solution that greatly simplifies the standard production process for natural rubber. It has been used unchanged since the time of Charles Goodyear and Thomas Hancock, i.e. since the mid-19th century. The new technology is therefore completely revolutionary in the polymer industry and unique in the world context.
Unique Selling Points:
- Replacing traditional building materials can make a significant contribution to reducing the concentration of CO₂ in the atmosphere.
- Conventional rubber vulcanisation takes place at 150-160 °C, is energy intensive and produces odorous organic emissions.
- There is no technology to 3D print from natural rubber – it cannot be moulded and degrades at high temperature.
- Conventional vulcanization does not allow the production of large parts, such as building components.
