ReCompo is a technology for the physical-chemical decomposition of composite materials with the recovery of reusable raw materials.
CTF Technology develops advanced engineering technologies. The current ReCompo project addresses the recyclability of composite and difficult-to-process materials. The main vision is the application of engineering R&D knowledge, technology and know-how in the field of physicochemical degradation to engineering technologies for the return of raw materials to the production chain. The aim is to solve the current problem of recycling composite materials and other heterogeneous (hydrocarbon, mostly polymer) production surpluses. The technology has the potential not only to solve recycling with the output of valuable raw materials, but also to operate without additional energy inputs.
Unique selling points:
- Technology turns unnecessary surpluses into valuable raw materials.
- Saves costs on production input materials.
- It is able to operate without additional energy inputs.
- The technology is highly scalable to other types of input materials.
