Cycling shorts with a 3D-printed pad and a seatpost with integrated vibration damping
Posedla extends personalized cycling comfort from the saddle to other components—3D-printed JoyBibs pads and JoyPost seatposts with vibration damping.
Posedla is a Czech technology company that uses 3D printing and data to develop cycling components focused on individual comfort. The project is developing two new products. JoyBibs are cycling shorts with a 3D-printed pad designed to improve pressure distribution, moisture wicking, and comfort during long rides. JoyPost is a lightweight seatpost with integrated vibration damping and adjustable offset, manufactured using metal 3D printing. The goal is to validate functional prototypes and prepare both products for market launch.
Unique Selling Points:
- JoyBibs replace the standard foam pad with a functional 3D-printed structure that improves pressure distribution, moisture wicking, and comfort.
- JoyPost combines low weight, adjustable offset, and integrated vibration damping thanks to 3D-printed metal.
