We know the ten most creative startups in the Czech Republic for 2025

The Creative Business Cup competition, organised for the ninth time by the CzechInvest agency and the Creative Hub of the Technology Incubation project, has selected the ten best projects. The absolute winner, who will take part in the world final in Copenhagen, will be chosen by an expert jury during a gala evening on 19 March 2025 at the PETROF Gallery in Hradec Králové.
The selected companies succeeded on the basis of their application and presentation, the aim of which was to convince industry experts of the innovation, creativity and business potential of their ideas.
The following startups (in alphabetical order) advanced to the final round from among the fifty projects:

The OMG Robotics project focuses on the production of electronic tools for education and the creation of teaching materials, including 3D printing materials. With our materials you can easily print, for example, robotic vehicles or a harp that you program yourself. You don’t have to spend money on disposable toys anymore – with us, children create, discover and learn in a fun way!
Do you have content marketing chaos? Contessauryour AI marketing expert, will help you plan and manage your articles, posts and campaigns so they make sense and deliver results. It combines a publishing plan, project management and recycling previously created content – so you save time and budget. SKULL studio was founded in 2020 by sculptor Matěj Hájek and visual artist Bet Orten. The creative work of SKULL Studio crosses the boundaries between applied art, architecture, sculpture and land artem. The studio has long been exploring the relationship between sculpture, play and learning, which is manifested in large-scale playground projects. In 2021, SKULL studio participated in the Venice Architecture Biennale to create an installation entitled ‘OFF FENCE / PLOT.’ The projects the studio worked on won the international FRAME award awardGrand Prix of Architects (Czech Republic), Timber Building of the Year and nomination for the Czech Grand Design Award.

Who looks after the mental health of students? Just a digital course BEWell combining the scientific methods of positive psychology with modern technology to support students in personal growth, coping with the challenges of college life, and building their well-being. It offers education tailored to each student. It focuses on ten key areas of their lives – for example, relationships, economic security, health, as well as their authenticity. With humour, through gamification and with the support of AI avatars. In addition to being fun, it offers BEWell Above all, students have the opportunity to discover and build their unique path to a satisfying and meaningful life.
Parents are often looking for ways to turn their children’s mobile time into something meaningful. That’s why two dads are creating Manabies. A game that will make children love maths and improve their counting skills without them noticing they are learning while playing on their mobile phones. It combines learning and fun in fast-paced arena battles. The unique game mechanics keep kids immersed in the gameplay and the more action-packed and exciting the game gets, the more they learn.

The prizes for the top three projects are complete legal advice from Mavericks and SRCH/ZBOŘIL & PARTNERS law firm, marketing services from ANIMATO, PRIM watches from a well-known Czech manufacturer, entries to #Startupgrilling & #StartupCinema startup events or pitching in front of investors. This year, in addition to the main prizes, the audience will also award the Audience Favorite category, which will win, among other things, media space with the competition partners.
The co-organizer of this year’s event is the Hradec Králové Region, the main partners are the Investment, Development and Innovation Centre, the City of Hradec Králové and the Hradec Králové Technology Centre.
